Basically a final price is provided based on the material and the services outlined to provide this price. Typically this would be 1 color/material option. eased edge, and the catch is that its up to 25 square feet. No kitchen will fit on 25 sf. So what’s the trick? They are the customer doesn’t understand this detail and call them. $1399 / 25sf = $56/square foot. This is if you have 10 sf or if you have 25. a 45 sf job is more than this per sf.

If we assume at 45 sf project is double the $1399 package then that is $2798 + 1 sink cutout = $2998 / 45 = $67 /square foot

Avigna Granites Per Square foot pricing
We price our material based on the requirements of the job. When we mark advertise $29.99/square foot; this is for fabrication & installation and material.
If the project requires sink cutout, additional cutouts, tear-out & demo, extensive overhang support these services are an additional charge based on the services needed. 3cm material overhang 9 inches does not require support.
A material at $29.99/sf for a 45 sf project is $1349.55 in most kitchen application you will need a sink and sink cutout.

Add $300 per polished cutout
so thats $1349.55 + 300 1 sink cutout = $1649.55 = $37/sf
Double measurement scam
Most customers are having multiple quotes from vendors so this double measure the corner tactic to add 8 sf to a project. This really wont work. I believe the company that mentioned this is trying to create fear and dishonesty in the market when it does not exist.
Material Waste Factoring
For most of today’s cutting equipment to cut an outside edge the saw will over cut into the remnant material. This make a potion of the left over material not usable for other parts of the project of for future projects. The only reason why the most expensive company mentions this to you is because they charge you for the entire slab per slab required rather than only the part of the material that becomes usable.
Our model is to only charge you for what you actually need to complete your project.
Materials that we have at discounted rates like Starting at $29 Per Sf are some leftover materials from other projects or select material that has limited waste and material that we have sources at lower rates that we can pass those savings onto you.
If you don’t require a cutout we don’t charge for one. If you don’t need tear-out and demo we don’t charge you for this. It is actually rather simple in that we charge for the services that you require for your specific project.
